Notes:

- Now it is possible to run all CP/M software written for Apple ][.

Changes:

- Z80 Microsoft Softcard for Apple ][ simulation is added.
- Z80 microprocessor code is taken from fuse (ZX-spectrum simulation) project.
- Example of CP/M 60K ver 2.23 is included with this version of emulator.
- Bug with restoring Language Card state is fixed.
