Dr Neil Ashe, once a highly-respected scientist, is now a wanted man! He stole the plans for a ‘super being’ that could withstand the strongest rays given off by the sun, and is using them to build an army of mutants with one objective – global devastation! Enter Duke Frederick, a war hero with a bionic right arm. Guide “Dynamite Duke” into Ashe’s base on the island of Rantan, and put an end to the mutant threat!
