The Collector’s Edition of Fallout 4 was revealed at the Bethesda press conference at E3 2015. It is called the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition, and will come with a fully functional Pip-Boy!
This Pip-Boy holds a number of smart phones for a second-screen app that connects to PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. This app can be used on Android or iOS with or without the Pip-Boy collectible wristband.
