It is the 22nd century. The world has just achieved peace after defeating a diabolical Gear (one of a breed of futuristic diabolical weapons) in a fighting tournament. Now comes word that another one of these mighty Gears has developed a will of its own. Even its own creators have been unable to destroy it.
