Minecraft DS is a romhack made by someone anonymous.

In Minecraft DS, players explore a blocked 3D world created procedurally with endless terrain, discovering and extracting raw materials, creating tools and Senduke. Depending on how the game is played, players can fight computer-controlled “crowds” as well as cooperate or compete against their own players. Game modes include a survival mode, in which players must take resources to build the world and maintain health, and an arm mode. Players can modify the game to create new gaming mechanics, items and assets.
