The Sega MultiMedia Studio demo disc is a demonstration CD created by Sega Multimedia Studio as a means to promote the Sega CD in North America. It was not released publicly, though was displayed at Summer CES 1992.
The disc is not “playable”, instead consisting of a real-time demonstration of the Sega CD hardware, namely its ability to scale and rotate sprites and play full motion video. Holding start pauses the video (though not the audio), while holding A, B or C slows the video down by differing amounts.
