Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Red Sky Battle is a scrolling fighting game dedicated to the Ninja Turtles. It features 16-bit cartoon graphics with fluid animations and gameplay very similar to “Turtles in Time”, the famous fighting game made by Konami in the 90s.
