DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/04/20)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/04/20) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Remove -usecd and -listcd MOUNT parameters from INTRO and the README
* Remove -listcd and -usecd info from INTRO
* Update Spanish translation
* Do not treat illegal command line switches as commands
* Enable tests for mac CI
* Fix fs_utils test on macOS
