DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/04/21)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/04/21) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Use `meson.project_source_root()` in the Meson configs
* Bump date
* website: Update development builds page
* Normalise release artifact naming & use unique names
* Remove changelog generation from the build workflows
* Remove ClamAV antivirus check from the Linux workflow
* Update build workflows to use the version script
* Update MSVC project filters
* Remove `version.cpp` from the MSVC project
* Use version set in `version.h`
* Add helper script to retrieve version information
* Set current version manually in ‘version.h’
