DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/05/27)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/05/27) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Implement file region locking
* Implement file locking in DOS_OpenFile and DOS_CreateFile
* Change DOS_Drive::FileOpen functions to take uint8_t for flags
* Change DOS_File flags from uint32_t to uint8_t
* Report that SHARE.EXE is installed in INT 2F AX=0x1000
* Do not call DOS_FileOpen in INT 21 AH=0x5b (create new file)
