DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/06/05)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/06/05) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Use nice partials mode in libmt32
* Use Speex instead of libmt32’s own resampler
* Use the 16-bit libmt32 renderer for more speed and emulation accuracy
* Disable libmt32 MIDI delay emulation
* Check if hardware cursor is actually being enabled or disabled before setting VGA_LineDraw
