DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/09/14)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/09/14) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Fix CI to create Debian package on main push
* Replace the Mapper’s Typer class with static PIC timer functions
* Add a helper function to the mapper that presses or releases a button
* Prevent JEMM memory manager from detecting VMware
* Provide application name to SDL
