DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/12/16)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/12/16) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Fix punctuation in comments in `mixer.cpp|h`
* Clarify the use of the reverb & chorus aux buffers
* Only apply master channel gain at the end of the processing chain
* Explain the choice of the Speex resampler quality setting
* Set the default master volume level to -6dB (50% volume)
