DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/01/14)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/01/14) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Enable hotplugging joysticks (2nd attempt)
* Run format script
* Windows: Move files to be deleted to temp file before delete
* Use unlink() instead of remove() on POSIX
* Create delete_native_file() function
