DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/02/16)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/02/16) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Fix command line parser bug where an extension-less file prevents execution
* Rename Which() to ResolvePath()
* Don’t let the mixer request frames for SoundBlaster in fast-forward mode
* Lower PVS-Studio max warnings count
* Fix some PVS-Studio warnings
* Improve PVS-Studio workflow
* Mute audio when the mapper is active
* Cleanup
* Add bounds checking to SoundBlaster’s read_dma_16bit() and read_dma_8bit()
