DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/05/10)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2025/05/10) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today’s systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Use CoreFoundation instead of C++ library for locale detection on macOS
* Only detect the host currency format if the host locale is UTF-8
* Refactor the OS-agnostic part of the host locale detection
* Update Italian translation
