Flycast Git (2023/11/06) is compiled. Flycast is a multi-platform Sega Dreamcast, Naomi and Atomiswave emulator derived from reicast.

* macOS: Indicate slave machines by dock badge label
* Save race result image to writable data folder
* Init `ThermalPrinter` only when cabinet type is Deluxe.
* windows: fix run instance with path containing spaces or non ascii
