Hades Git (2024/02/18)

Hades Git (2024/02/18) is compiled. A Nintendo Game Boy Advance emulator. Hades is still under heavy development but it aimes to have a decent balance between usability, speed and accuracy.

Hades Git Changelog:
* Ensure the video capture DMA can’t be enabled/disabled mid-frame.
* Greatly improve the accuracy of the Timers, DMA & IRQs.
* Add a `all` flag for the `verbose` debugger command.
