Hades Git (2024/02/19)

Hades Git (2024/02/19) is compiled. A Nintendo Game Boy Advance emulator. Hades is still under heavy development but it aimes to have a decent balance between usability, speed and accuracy.

Hades Git Changelog:
* Set `REG_RCNT` to `0x8000` when skipping the BIOS intro.
* Add `Goodboy Galaxy – Chapter Zero` (code `2G0`) to the Hades game database.
* Ensure the window’s title is updated even if the game isn’t in the database.
