Hades Git (2024/09/12)

Hades Git (2024/09/12) is compiled. A Nintendo Game Boy Advance emulator. Hades is still under heavy development but it aimes to have a decent balance between usability, speed and accuracy.

Hades Git Changelog:
* Fix the accuracy CI.
* Remove the support for MacOS x86_64 within the CI.
* Fix a compilation error with the rumble effect when targetting SDL < 2.0.18.
* Update the game database entry for Drill Dozer.
* Implement the Rumble GPIO device.
