Hey all… new video game collector here and new to the group.
I am looking for a shelf set up for consoles… and was wondering does anyone know what exact shelves from IKEA or anywhere else that would fit consoles good? LINKS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
I been going nuts trying to find links/info to everyone’s set ups and can’t find anything🤣🙈 (pictures are from a guy on tik tok that i have tried asking with no answer lol) but something that im looking for…

Better Homes and Garden cube storage organizer from Walmart online 😁
I went with Boaxel closet storage shelves from Ikea. I found that for my purposes I have way too many consoles to fit in and around a TV, so why not hook up what I need to play at the time and dislay the rest? I’d like to add tasteful lighting eventually. But the Boaxel approach has served me well.

I’ve seen people display consoles on these. They put a wedge under them at the back so they’re up at an angle for better viewing purposes 😎😊
Can see you’re using Kallex units but did you know you can buy ‘splitter’ shelves for them, no console (unless mounting vertically) requires the height of a single cube so you gen get two into each cube space. As for wall mounted shelves (best space savers) are the thin metal ones advertised for bedrooms,living rooms even bathrooms –

I use the PAX closet system and Besta caninets from IKEA.
This is the PAX side of the room in this pic. I like it because it’s self contained and the shelves slide for easy access to the consoles, making it very efficient.
Welcome to the group. I’m in a lot of game groups. I have to say hands down that this is the best one. There’s little to no toxicity. For the most part, I’ve seen that everyone is genuinely happy and excited for everyone else.
