## ***IF YOU HAD TO RECOMMEND ONE SIDE-SCROLLING RETRO GAME FOR US TO PLAY, WHAT WOULD IT BE AND WHY? I AM GONNA PICK A GAME I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE NOT PLAYED: MEGA MAN: THE WILY WARS. It is like mario all stars but for mega man on the sega genesis. iT ALSO HAS SOME EXCLUSIVE NEVER BEFORE SEEN LEVELS. WHAT DO YOU RECCOMEND @everyone***

  1. I have this Repro cart for Genesis

  2. For me, it’s Simon’s Quest. It gets a lot of hate, but it was my introduction to Castlevania. I would recommend it purely due to nostalgia purposes.

  3. Never knew about this game …. If you’re below, the age of 30 I would say NBA jam.

  4. Gunstar Heroes. It has amazing graphics (3D rotating and morphing bosses), weapons that you can combine to create more powerful weapons (my choice is the homing laser), incredibly colorful backgrounds with multiple parallax scrolling, killer BGMs and outstanding gameplay. It’s the pinnacle of 2D side scrolling action shooter on the Genesis

  5. lol I used to play this on final burn alpha

  6. Metal Max was super fun! It’s a RPG for the Famicom where your party collects and upgrades tanks to combat monsters.

  7. Man this is a hard one! I love Valis for Genesis. Good story, hits the anime bug, fun gameplay.

However, I love Revenge of Shinobi (also Genesis) for story, gameplay and music.

Of course a classic NES Ghosts ‘N Goblins was great too! I recall reaching the end only to realize that to truly beat the game you had to do it twice in a row! It was hard enough the first time around! The second round was brutal! It was such an accomplishment completing that one!

Almost forgot! Magician Lord on Neo Geo! God I played that game to death!

  8. Indiana Jones’ Greatest Adventures, it was on the SNES, this game had every scene to interact with, it was awesome!
