Just picked up this twin famicom. Cartridges play great no issues.
Try to load disk bios only get grey screen. (No sound,no disk light only gray screen)( should always load bios)
I know the drive has a bad belt.
Not sure if if the disk switch looks right, 2 photos of it.
Insides look good. No leaking capacitors, visible. Looked online seems like a somewhat common issue with no answers I found.
Any thoughts here.

The switch is correct. You have to replace the belt, then you will have to calibrate the drive.
