NeonBLT Preview 165

NeonBLT Preview 165 is released. Neon Back to Life! is an emulator of Soviet computer Sojuz-Neon PK 11/16. This computer was manufactured in 1991-1992 at the “Kvant” plant in Zelenograd (near Moscow), and a total of 200-1000 units were produced. Soyuz-Neon is based on the N1806VM2 processor, so it is partially compatible with machines such as DVK, UKNC, NEMIGA, and in general inherits the instruction set and architecture from the DEC PDP-11 line of machines.

Neonbtl changelog:
Memory view: when going to an address off-screen, the target address becomes at the top of the window
Debugger: breakpoints are now set taking into account the HALT/USER mode
In the console, the bXXXXXX and bcXXXXXX commands set a breakpoint taking into account the current H/U mode of the processor.
Plus, new commands have been added: bUXXXXXX / bHXXXXXX and bcUXXXXXX / bcHXXXXXX
When stopping at a breakpoint, the H/U mode is also shown in the message.
