Seta GX beta v0.3

Seta GX beta v0.3 is released. Seta GX is an experimental Sega Saturn emulator for the Wii. The original Yabause Wii port was heavily modified and simplified. A couple of improvements (namely CHD support and SCU emulation) come from devmiyax’s Yaba Sanshiro. The main speed improvement comes from hardware accelerated rendering by using some tricks of the Hollywood GPU.

Can save games.

Seta GX changelog:
New menu.
Correct color offset emulation.
Far more accurate new VDP1 renderer (Almost complete).
Little more accurate new VDP2 renderer (Transparencies do not work tho!).
New GC button mapping.
General code clean up.
