What’s everyone’s opinion on blazing lazers for the TG16? I am playing / reviewing it now, before moving on to a master system game of recommendation if anyone has any. This is an amazing SHUMP that I played causally in the 90s. I roast the TG16 all the time to troll, but I’m quite empathetic to the system and played it a bit as a kid.

What the full game title to this and what system again looks pretty cool i liked playing the sega genesis a lot and im a platformer gamer or shoot em up gamer 😁
That and Air Zonk are my favorite games that I played for the TG16
So random I was just playing this last week (which is an amazing game on all levels) and yesterday I started Golden Axe Warrior on the masters system, which if you have the availability to play it I would totally recommend it
Lot of great shooters in the turbo grafx for sure. Blazing lasers was one of my first for the console. Overall a great game in my opinion
I love the turbografx 16/pc engine sound chip. Honestly graphically I preferred it visually to even the genesis and it’s grainy look on some games. Aero blasters mechanized cave level still the catchiest theme I have ever listened to.
Awesome game, real hard to beat,
after beating all the levels you have to beat each boss from every level one after another and you don’t have unlimited lives or continues, which makes it super hard at the end

I keep reading this is the best shmup for the platform but I just can’t like it. I even played it just this morning with my 8yo son. He didn’t like it either…

It’s ok. I gave it a good shot but it didn’t grab me like gradius 3, axely, einhandler.
love this game…play on my tg 16 mini…if i were to get an actual tg16 or that analogue machine it would be this game and galaga 90 as my first 2 physical games
One of the all time greatests.
