WinVICE r44987

WinVICE r44987 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

use the list of cartridges that can be obtained via the cartridge api also for generic cartridges, this removes all hardcoded special cases from the UI. leaving a bunch of no more used things in comments for now, as this will need even more cleanup anyway, and these things serve as a reminder when something doesn’t work as intended.
