Hey yall I was the one who posted this earlier today! First of all I just wanna say thank you all so much for the tons or options and ideas you gave me. Just to clarify a little bit I do not have the space for a crt tv in my current apartment unfortunately and I also like to have the original consoles which is why I donβt have the retron. I have an original NES but I prefer the look and functionality of the top loader. There were a few super helpful options Iβm exploring currently and once I get it working Iβll post an update explaining how I did it for the peeps who are maybe wondering the same thing. Once again thanks so much for all the suggestions guys, keep playing!

Av famicom and cartridge adapter
Toploader only has coax right? That’ll be tough to find an adaptor but should be possible. Otherwise if it has AV just use an HDMI converter.

I was ready to start a fight on the last post thinking I knew better. I went and checked mine first and it was indeed Japanese with the AV out. I thought they all had the same AV out boy. I done learned something.
Rf switch to the coxail input. Put on correct channel, done. Works on atari, intellivision, nes, snes. I’d you get rf adapter that was introduced with snes, it works on n64 and gamecube too. You can have 2 connected to rear. When you go to 3 it becomes degraded.
Just buy a plug that works on a new tv…
I love the look of the classic Toaster NES, but man they’ve just got so many little quirks that the toploader just doesn’t have trouble with. Well worth the little bit of cash I played to not have to reset my game every time I breathed wrong, lol.
Famicom+RGB blaster+everdrive or nes adapter.
