Some say that lots of games, have become too cinamatic. Me? I’ve been loving this kind of storytelling since the Ninja Gaiden cutscenes. I was the type of kid, that would create stories for games when they didn’t have a story or before I’d even seen a cutscene.

I admit that some game scenes can be long winded; but for me, as long as the story’s good, the gameplay is hard-hitting; I’m down. What say you?

  1. Ninja Gaiden 2 was the first time I had seen cutscenes in a game not counting Maniac Mansion

  2. Yes, I’m on the same page as you, I think some of the classic retro games have better stories than the current ones
