Azahar 2123 Release Candidate 2

Azahar 2123 RC 2, an open-source 3DS emulator based on Citra, has been released. Key updates include a fix for a visual stuttering issue in the Android UI with OpenGL, improvements to the button sliding feature when joystick inputs are held, and enhanced multitouch support for the on-screen controller. For desktop users, prerelease builds now redirect to the GitHub releases page for updates instead of the website, addressing previous confusion that led to unintended downgrades. Downloads for both x64 and Android versions are available.
