AzaharPlus 2124.3-A is a new fork of the Azahar 3DS emulator, enhancing compatibility and functionality. It supports all 3DS files that work with earlier Citra forks and allows users to download system files from official servers without needing an actual 3DS. This version maintains compatibility with older CPUs (no SSE4.2 required) and supports Android 9. There are two Android builds: one replaces Azahar and is called “AzaharPlus,” while the other, “+AzaharPlus+,” has a new application ID for coexistence. Overall, it enhances user experience by improving compatibility and accessibility.

AzaharPlus 2124.3-A has been released. AzaharPlus is a modified version of the Azahar 3DS emulator that reintroduces certain features. Each version mirrors the corresponding Azahar version with the following distinctions: Support for 3DS files. If a file functions with earlier Citra forks, it will also work with AzaharPlus. Ability to download system files directly from official servers. No actual 3DS required.
Changelog for AzaharPlus:
AzaharPlus 2124.3-A is identical to Azahar 2124.3, with the following exceptions:
Compatibility with all game files. If a file is compatible with any Citra fork, it will work on AzaharPlus.
Capability to download system files from official servers, eliminating the need for a real 3DS.
Compatibility with older CPUs (no SSE4.2 required).
Support for Android 9.
The Android build is available in two versions:
One version shares the same application ID as Azahar, meaning it will replace it on your device.
This version displays as “AzaharPlus”.
Opt for this if you have other applications that target Azahar, like a frontend.
The other version has a distinct application ID, allowing it to coexist with Azahar without issues.
This one displays as “+AzaharPlus+”.
