Changelog for BizHawk Git:
* Rebuilt LibretroBridge for Linux
* Rebuilt SDL for Linux, added some simple scripts for building SDL, and made minor adjustments to SDL cmakelists
* Fixed a regression from 6725320e578f30793c05352439b3ede79369572c. Merging undo actions that weren’t originally created in a batch now requires specifying which actions should be merged; otherwise, there may be uncertainties regarding the expected actions.
* Enabled the new test assert message rule, muting existing violations
* Added an Analyzer to enforce messages in test assert calls
* Included messages in assert calls for some classes in BizHawk.Tests.Common
* Moved most `To*Buffer` extensions to a separate, `internal` class
* Inlined a `ToIntBuffer` extension call in `Bk2Movie.LoadBk2Fields`
* Fixed `LuaLibraries.RemoveNamedFunctionMatching` when no match is found
* Removed now-unused `IEmulator` parameters of `LuaFunctionList.*`
* Captured `I{Input,Memory}CallbackSystem` in `NamedLuaFunction`
* Extracted the helper method `EventsLuaLibrary.AddMemCallbackOnCore`
* Fixed observable issues with `LuaFunctionList.{Clear,Remove,RemoveForFile}`
* In `NamedLuaFunction`, captured constructor parameter in closure instead of property
* Cached string result for `console.getluafunctionslist` function
* Replaced 2 `ILuaLibraries` methods with delegates on `EventsLuaLibrary`
* Inlined remaining usage of `ILuaLibraries.EngineName`
* Removed API function `emu.getluacore`, deprecated in version 2.6
* Changed `LuaConsole.LuaImp` to a concrete type, removing interface members
* Made `LuaConsole.LuaImp` private
