ClownMDemu version 1.6.3

clownmdemu v1.6.3 has been released, showcasing enhancements to the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis emulator. Although still in early development, it now successfully boots Lemmings 2 and offers improved V-counter accuracy. New command-line options include fullscreen and explicit loading for cartridge and disc software. The menu bar visibility in fullscreen has been improved, allowing better user interaction, especially when paused or without loaded software. Gamepad support has been expanded, and the emulator retains fullscreen settings from the previous session. Additionally, a few interface tweaks have been made for better user experience. clownmdemu v1.6.3 has been released. This is clownmdemu, an emulator for the Sega Mega Drive (also known as Sega Genesis). It is still in the early stages of development: it successfully runs some games, but many typical features of the Mega Drive are not yet emulated (refer to clownmdemu-frontend-common/clownmdemu/TODO.md for further details).

Introduced new command-line options:
-f/–fullscreen – to launch the emulator in full-screen mode.
-c/–cartridge – to load cartridge software explicitly.
-d/–disc – to load disc software explicitly.
Made menu bar appear in full-screen mode more frequently:
When the emulator is paused.
When no software is loaded.
Enabled gamepad’s right stick button to pause the emulator.
Forced the use of fake windows for menus in full-screen mode.
This is beneficial for platforms where exclusive full-screen mode hinders real windows from showing.
Facilitated menu navigation with the gamepad.
The emulator will start in full-screen if it was full-screen during the last closure.
Backported default window content from the ongoing Qt frontend development.
This enhances clarity for new users on how to utilize the emulator.
Fixed the issue where the Windows title bar did not match the menu bar color exactly.
