clownmdemu v1.6.5, a Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) emulator still in early development, has been released. While it can run some games, many Mega Drive features remain unemulated. The update includes an improved emulator core, an option to disable CDDA audio, and a reduction in input latency. Key fixes address synchronization issues with control pads, audio while frame-advancing, and save data settings in Emscripten builds. The emulator is verified as hardware-accurate through CDC-Test homebrew, with several corrections made in emulation timings and effects, particularly in Sonic 2. clownmdemu v1.6.5 has been released. This emulator allows you to play Sega Mega Drive games (also known as Sega Genesis). It is still in the early development phase: while it can run some titles, several core features of the Mega Drive are not yet emulated (for further details, refer to clownmdemu-frontend-common/clownmdemu/TODO.md).

H-Int is now allowed to trigger at the end of lines 224 and 225.

Keyboard-bound control pad settings are now saved properly.
Added paths for configuration and save data to the frontend debugger.
Fixed issues where save data and settings were not retained in Emscripten builds.
