clrmame version 0.5

clrmame v0.5 has been released, enhancing the tool for scanning and rebuilding MAME machine sets. Key updates include a recoded handling of resize and drag controls, improved layout for scanner/rebuilder, and added visibility for CHD version check options. The update addresses several fixes, such as ensuring window placement is remembered correctly and resolving thread safety issues in the updateMissingInformation phase. misc: recoded handling for resize/move/drag controls, enabling resizable combo boxes, although it resets your current positions once
misc: relocated options/modifiers in the rebuilder/scanner to tabs, minimizing vertical space used
misc: aligned the appearance of the scanner and rebuilder
misc: options for CHD version checks in the scanner are now displayed in the CHD tab
fixed: window placement won’t be remembered after the first close if tabs haven’t been changed (previously only in settings.xml)
added: the rebuilder now features tree output for rebuilt files (context menu also available)

misc: slightly adjusted the logic for determining the best fitting rompath for users who split chds/roms
misc: updated to spdlog version 1.15.3
fixed: the updateMissingInformation phase in the scanner is no longer thread-safe and could cause crashes
