Development is ongoing to incorporate improvements from Dxbx. As of now, Cxbx-Reloaded remains unstable, and users should not expect extensive functionality. Cxbx Reloaded (2026/01/30) has been released. Cxbx-Reloaded is an emulator designed to run Microsoft Xbox (and eventually, Chihiro) games on Microsoft Windows. This project originated as a fork of Cxbx, incorporating 64-bit support. Current efforts are focused on backporting enhancements from Dxbx. Please note that Cxbx-Reloaded is still quite unstable, so don’t expect it to function reliably at this stage.
