Deecy v0.6.0, an experimental Dreamcast emulator written in Zig, has been released with several updates. Key improvements include enhanced timing logic, optional frame limiting for smoother gameplay, and support for the Vibration Pack and 240p titles. It now accommodates Zstd compressed CHD files and offers better compatibility with older CPUs. The rendering includes an experimental pipeline cache to reduce shader compilation pop-in, along with new scaling options and texture filtering overrides. UI enhancements feature customizable shortcuts, improved controller settings, auto-detection for non-VGA games, basic screenshot functionality, and a more detailed performance overlay.
