* Refactored and cleaned up `Config::WriteConfig()`
* Removed redundant setting values from the generated config

* Added Microsoft code page IDs for Apple encodings
* Included Unicode definitions for code page 111 (Greek, AST Premium Exec DOS)
* Updated modern Bulgarian currency to euro
