DOSBox simulates an Intel x86 PC, complete with sound, graphics, mouse, joystick, modem, and more, necessary for executing numerous classic MS-DOS games that cannot be played on current PCs and operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux, and FreeBSD.
