DSAdvance v2.0 has been released. This version features advanced Xbox gamepad emulation for the Sony DualSense, DualShock 4, Nintendo Pro controller, and Joy-Cons. It supports aiming and driving by tilting the gamepad, stick emulation on the touchpad, keyboard and mouse emulation, as well as external pedals. The functionality is based on the ViGEm driver.
DSAdvance Changelog:
Introduced the โMotion Wheel Buttons,โ which allow the emulation of up to 9 buttons with a single press. Hold the chosen button (WHEEL-ACTIVATION in Xbox or Keyboard & Mouse profiles), then tilt the gamepad in one of 4 or 8 directions to activate the corresponding button emulation. If no tilt is detected, the default button is emulated, making it ideal for older games with numerous buttons and for accessibility purposes.
Added support for DualSense adaptive triggers in wireless mode, with mode switching available via ALT + 3/4.
You can now customize the aiming button to not only use L1 and L2 but also other buttons (AimingButton parameter).
The gameโs Keyboard & Mouse emulation mode now switches through keyboard keys only when the window is active, preventing unintentional switches when emulating ALT and arrow keys.
Enabled the use of a single Joy-Con with full button emulation via the โMotion Wheel Buttons,โ beneficial for gun-style setups and accessibility.
Introduced one-button mode switching (JoyconChangeModesWithButton parameter), which is essential when using a single Joy-Con to transition between driving and aiming.
Merged left and right Joy-Con vibration for single Joy-Con use, enabled by setting JoyconRumbleMerge to 1.
Added the capability to emulate stick movements using buttons.
Implemented stick and trigger swapping in Xbox emulation.
Updated support for additional rear buttons on the Sony DualSense Edge and side buttons on Joy-Cons, with configuration available in Xbox and Keyboard & Mouse profiles.
Renamed parameter names for Xbox and Keyboard & Mouse profiles.
A left-handed Xbox profile has been added, featuring a mirrored button, stick, and trigger layout.
