FB Alpha Shuffle v2.4.0, released on November 30, 2025, is an unofficial enhanced version of FBA featuring several improvements. Key updates include an AVI recorder, input macros, and support for importing game names from MAMEPlus! Additionally, the release introduces IPS v4 support, a new image menu, and customizable backgrounds. Users can now save presets, favorite games, and enjoy improved UI for game selection, along with cheat-loading capabilities. FB Alpha Shuffle v2.4.0 (2025/11/30) has been released. FB Alpha Shuffle is an unofficial variant derived from FBA featuring numerous enhancements.

Highlights of FB Alpha Shuffle:

– Options to select a background image and random image functionality.
– Enhanced UI for the game selection dialog with adjustable paths.
– Ability to save presets and default input mappings, saved in config/presets.
– Added several custom images in the .\res folder, which you can replace as desired.
– Features to display score, select, gameover, and boss snapshots in the game selection dialog.
