FB Neo Git Release (August 12, 2025)

FB Neo Git (2025/08/12) has been compiled as an emulator for arcade games and select consoles, stemming from FinalBurn and earlier MAME versions. Recent updates include a SNES update from gab75, simplifications in conc.cpp for libretro, adjustments in d_megadrive.cpp regarding UMK3OSC, fixes for pdrift and expro02, and additional SMS and Speccy updates also contributed by gab75.
