FB Neo Git Release (November 14, 2025)

FB Neo Git (2025/11/14) is an emulator for arcade games and select consoles, built on FinalBurn and older MAME versions. Recent updates include changes to d_psikyosh.cpp to avoid clearing RAM on soft reboot, along with NES and SMS updates from gab75. Various improvements were also made to d_sms.cpp and d_spectrum.cpp, documented in changelog #2311. Users can download the latest version from the provided source.
