FB Neo Git Update (August 9, 2025)

FB Neo Git (2025/08/09) is an updated emulator for arcade games and certain consoles, derived from FinalBurn and earlier MAME versions. The latest changes include a bug fix for Rick Dangerous DX (#2177), adjustments in d_cps2.cpp for sf2prime (#2179), a sms update from gab75, and ongoing work on the cheat system. Additionally, all cheat files have been added to burner/conc.cpp, categorized by file type. Users can download the update from various sources including gofile, koramaup, mirrored, ranoz, send, and usersdrive.
