Fixes include:
(Sega CD) Resolved an issue where the emulator failed to load CHD images that utilized zstd compression (#613)
(GBA) Corrected the OBJ window enabled bit in the DISPCNT register, which was not functioning beyond triggering the “is any window enabled” logic
(GBA) Fixed the sprite H mosaic implementation, which was failing to properly latch the priority or the semi-transparency flag.
