melonDS Git (August 12, 2025)

melonDS Git (2025/08/12) is an open-source Nintendo DS emulator, part of a second wave of DS emulators. Features include a near-complete core, JIT recompiler for fast emulation, OpenGL renderer with 3D upscaling, RTC, microphone support, savestates, joystick support, and various display options. Current work-in-progress features include local multiplayer Wi-Fi, online connectivity, DSi emulation, and GBA slot add-ons. melonDS Git (2025/08/12) has been compiled. melonDS serves as an open-source emulator for Nintendo DS (NDS). It represents a new wave of DS emulators, along with several other projects you may recognize. Regardless, be sure to explore them!
