melonDS Git Update (September 29, 2025)

melonDS Git (2025/09/19) is an open-source Nintendo DS emulator part of a burgeoning wave of DS emulators. It features a nearly complete core for CPU, video, and audio, alongside a JIT recompiler for fast emulation and OpenGL rendering with 3D upscaling. Other features include RTC support, microphone input, joystick compatibility, savestates, and various display modes. Current work in progress includes Wifi for multiplayer, DSi emulation, and GBA slot add-ons. A recent changelog noted a fix for undefined behavior in the software renderer. Download options are available from several sources.
