PPSSPP Git Update (August 9, 2025)

PPSSPP Git (2025/08/09) has been compiled. This fast and portable PSP emulator is available for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, and is written in C++. Recent changes include merging pull request #20704, deleting the Symbian app icon, and removing a checkers shader file. Users can download the latest version from various sources listed.
