PPSSPP Git Update (October 21, 2025)

PPSSPP Git (2025/10/21) is a fast, portable PSP emulator for multiple platforms, including Android and Windows. Recent updates include fixing OpenGL’s SwapInterval, reworking present mode settings, and improving Vulkan initialization, including checking available present modes post-surface initialization. The update also addresses a UIAtlas bug related to image borders and refactors vsync settings for better performance. Additionally, it removes the fast-forward mode setting and smooths swapchain recreation during window resizing on Windows. The emulator has enhanced accuracy for SSE2 PMA conversion.
