* Merged pull request #21544 from kreinholz/master
* Resolved build issues with bundled rapidjson after my fixes for system rapidjson caused it to fail
* Fixed build with system rapidjson. Attempted to separate out the lib7zip support—this resolves the build issue on amd64 FreeBSD
